Wires, Wires, Everywhere

Here's today's view of the house.

Looks like most of the stucco is dry.  They've got plastic wrap over the shingles so they could make sure they didn't get stucco on any of them.  You can see we are still missing the window for the gameroom.  The window has arrived, it just hasn't been installed yet.

There is still a mess of cables everywhere and they seem to be multiplying faster than rabbits.  This is the same view of the main breaker box that Shane took yesterday and there are a gazillion more wires.

There are cable spinners hanging from a dozen places on the ceiling-this one looks almost empty.

Here's one that still has some cable on it.

This was at about 11am, I bet by the end of the day it was empty, too.

Shane & I met the builders and electricians over there today to confirm the placement of some of the lights and electrical switches.

They've made a mess of the place again.

But it looks like they are hard at work.

This guy seems to be working for Santa.  It must be his job to make sure the bag fits down the chimney.

Seriously?  I have no idea what's in that bag, but he looked like he belonged there.

Here you can see the four can lights in the kitchen and the spool is hanging where one of the two island pendant lights will be installed.

More spools of some kind of wire...

And more electrical cables; this one is for the master bathroom.

I'm sure glad someone else is doing this and not me!

Here's the plan they are reading for the electrical.

It's clear as mud, isn't it?

These HVAC guys should have finished today, we'll see.

Sunday we are going to the Home & Garden Show to check things out and I'm on Spring Break this week, so I'm going with the builder to try to finalize some finishes for the inside of the house.

We'll see how we all survive.

Wish me luck.
