But can you say "neat & tidy?"
...after, but still not finished.
Some of the wiring for a Control 4 panel.
...more neat & tidy wires.
I've been wondering what they were going to do with those buckets they had set in the concrete filled with sand & the pipes.
My question has been answered...
Looks like they just pull them out.
We think the plumbers finished up today.
The pipe for the gas cooktop has been capped.
...and they've set the drain for the master shower.
They have put in the diverters (or something like that; I know it's essential) and installed the pipes for the shower head and the rainshower head in the master shower.
I hope we never have a leak at the hot water tank...we will never figure out where it's coming from!
They've set the guest & mother-in-law suite tub in concrete...
And on the patio, they've capped the gas for the cooktop & capped the water pipes..
...and the electrical as well as the A/V cables are installed on the backporch.
It's almost time to order the tile (I guess it goes in pretty soon after the drywall). I woke up at 5:30 this morning and I think I had been dreaming about the tile...if it's waking you up before the sun, it might be a good idea to listen to your gut. Since I had to return a sample board anyway, I went back to the tile store to look at our choices again-then when I met with the builder about the staircase I shared my concerns. She loved our choices but I only liked them, but there were a couple that made me nervous. I decided that since we are the ones who will be living with the choices, I needed to make sure we were comfortable with them. Both of my concerns were in areas where Shane didn't care at all what we did (within reason & within budget), so we made a couple of changes and are waiting on price quotes to see just how far under budget we are.
I'm just sure we are under budget. ;-)
