Well finally after getting all the inspections we are back to work again. A couple things were done today. First off the builder has had more thefts on other properties so he is trying to tighten them up a little. So they have set up plywood to close off the garage and locked all the doors. Now once we finally get drywall up we can get the garage doors up and all will be good.
Also insulation has started to be installed and drywall was being delivered, which you will see piled up throughout the pictures. This is the garage with bundles of insulation and you can see some of the wall done.
Here is the kitchen and hearth room.
The master bedroom . . .
The mother-in-law suite . . .
The gameroom . . .
These seem to be vents for the insulation on the exterior walls.
This is insulation for around the bathrooms called comfort zone to dampen sounds . . .
Someone has come through and spray foamed all the holes in the walls.
This is the drywall being delivered to the house.
This is me sitting on the drywall. This drywall is 12 foot long, which is longer then standard. It is needed because or lowest ceiling is 9 foot. The builder wanted the larger drywall for less seams.
